The Vehicle Health Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by monitoring our customers' vehicle health via our vendors telematics such as KW TruckTech+ and Ford Pro. Along with monitoring the vehicle health they will be a liaison between the customer and our closest Wallwork repair facility.This role involves communicating with customers, understanding their service needs, providing remote vehicle health assistance, coordinating appointments, and ensuring timely completion of work. The advisor must communicate effectively with both customers and shop supervisors, ensuring that all services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. They also play a key role in advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, helping them understand the importance of vehicle health and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum one to two years dealership service experience.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be familiar with a dealer's procedures, and follow all rules and regulations, especially those mandated by local, state and federal governments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and policies of the service department.
Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):
  • No supervisory responsibilities are required with this position.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES

•Monitor customer vehicle TruckTech+ alerts and subscriptions for trucks in the Wallwork area of responsibility.

•Liaison between customer and the closest Wallwork Truck Center location when there is an active fault.

•Identify active faults through TruckTech+ in order to help customers identify if they have an immediate concern or not.

•Manage and monitor outstanding service bulletins and campaigns.Work with customers and all Wallwork Truck Center service departments for scheduling.

•Monitor and track customer vehicle warranty expirations, offering extended coverage when applicable.

•Educate customers on their warranty coverage.

•Follow up with customers after they have had work performed in a Wallwork location.

•Assist the service department with informing customers on what service specials are currently available.

•Drive and enhance the customer experience as well as provide proactive services.

•Concierge customer support.

•Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.

•Performs W.W. Wallwork, Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.

•Upholds W.W. Wallwork, Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
