Job Title: Sr Technical Quotation Engineer

Location: Remote

Reports to: Director, Sales Resource Center

Areas of Focus
To be successful in this role, the Sr Technical Quotation Engineer must have strong technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. It will be critical to make strategic informed decisions based on data and analysis. Additionally, they must have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

•Manage and lead tactical customer support while providing exceptional customer service.
•Develop customer quotations with accurate configurations, lead time and pricing by assessing market conditions and competitive offerings.
•Assist in development of tools and information systems to optimize the quotation and order systems.
•Conduct business reviews with customers ensuring clear communication and goal setting.
•Develop and implement program strategies that align with the organization's goals.
•Plan, organize, direct and control program scope, schedule, and delivery.
•Facilitate and support Business Reviews and drive to closure subsequent actions.
•Work closely with customers and internal team members to resolve customer issues.
•Coordinate customer site visits and onsite regulatory audits.
•Monitor and report on project progress and status to senior leadership.
•Identify and mitigate risks and issues across all projects within the program.
•Manage program/business area bid and proposal activity, compliance to contract and business/regulatory requirements.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
•Travel required: 10%
Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•Strong communication skills
•Minimum 5 years relevant experience
•Attention to detail
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications
•System Knowledge (PLEX preferred/Salesforce
•Battery Industry
