What You'll Do

    • Develop and implement a strategic plan to steward churches and partners at all levels.
    • Ideate, research, and plan unique, creative ways to invite new partners to join YouVersion's mission financially.
    • Create personalized proposals that invite partners to invest in the vision and adjust messaging based on each partner's unique community, strengths, and vision.
    • Collaborate with other teams to continually refine and improve donor onboarding and engagement processes.
    • Support partnership initiatives through meetings, events, relationships, and moments of momentum.
    • Plan the strategy for showing ongoing gratitude to partners for their investment.
    • Keep partner churches well-informed about the impact of their generosity with stories, data, encouragement, results, and celebration.
    • Equip partner ministries to share their impact forward with their sphere of influence, providing talking points, stories, visual assets, milestones, and data to tell the story of their involvement.
    • Foster community, belonging, and alignment among the church partners.
    • Gather stories from partners and their communities of impact to share externally and internally with Life.Church and YouVersion.
    • Evaluate the impact of campaigns and initiatives to create and present data to leadership.
    • Equip partners with additional or customized information as needed.
    • Develop knowledge of the YouVersion vision and current features to share with partners and equip them to bring those features to their audience.
    • Serve with events or initiatives that support the entire team, including occasional travel and hosting of guests.

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster partnerships and inspire action.
    • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
    • Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 3 - 5 years of related work experience.
