Job Details Job Location Operations Center - Lubbock, TX Position Type Full Time   Description The position of BSA Analyst I is responsible for investigating, reporting, and preventing BSA related financial crimes against the bank. The position of BSA Analyst I is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of the bank to detect all types of BSA related financial crimes. Essential Duties
  1. Investigate and prevent BSA related financial crimes against the Bank.
  2. Review BSA/AML alerts in a timely manner.
  3. Review and prepare all cash reports and CTRs in the time frame specified by regulation or the supervisor.
  4. Prepare and review CIP and CDD exception reports.
  5. Review and maintain CTR exemption files.
  6. Review daily reports and transactions on accounts for possible suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  7. Conduct searches in compliance with OFAC regulations.
  8. Advanced skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs.
  9. Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service.
  10. Give attention to detail and provide excellent communication skills.
  11. Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional environment.
  12. Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor.
  13. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
