Possess Subject Matter Expertise in validating curriculum and related training materials for currency and relevance. Provide administrative support for all EODTEU Formal Course Reviews (FCR) and Training Relevancy Reviews (TRR). Assist in the development or review of Knowledge and Performance Test Plans and grading criteria for approved courses. Analyze and compile course data from various collection instruments for inclusion into subsequent course changes and revisions. Participate in special projects and curriculum development working groups. Participate in annual instructor technique evaluations for maintaining course certification. Provide technical assistance to course supervisors in documentation requirements for changes to curriculum. Assist in the collection and reporting of training user data, course grading, and student evaluation programs. Input technical data into AIM II software program and assist in the development of training curriculum and materials. Input student/course graduation data into the Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) program. Education/Qualification/Experience Requirements Minimum of five (5) years of curriculum development and management experience. Attainment of Master Training Specialist (MTS) or equivalent certification from a cognizant DoD authority. Skills Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Authoring Instruction Materials (AIM II) and Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CETARS) programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
