Outbound Final InspectorLocation: Chatsworth, CA.Salary: $24.00-25.00/hr (DOE) ($2,400 bonus). Salary raise upon hiringThis is a full time, temp-to-hire positionOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Outbound Final Inspector responsible for ensuring product quality before shipping. The role involves using precision tools, reviewing blueprints, and performing detailed inspections to meet company and customer standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in quality inspection, be proficient with SAP ERP, and possess a high level of attention to detail.Responsibilities:Inspect dimensional and visual characteristics of hardware to ensure compliance with blueprints and customer specifications.Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to validate product quality.Access customer portals to pull and review quality records.Document and report inspection results, including non-conformance issues.Approve or reject parts based on blueprint and specification reviews.Maintain accurate inspection reports and scan documents into company systems.Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.Meet daily inspection quotas and ensure timely release of outbound products.Key Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in inspection or similar roleProficiency in precision measuring tools and reading blueprintsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentSAP ERP knowledge preferredPhysical Requirements:Able to lift up to 50lbsAbility to work in non-temperature-controlled environmentsIf you are organized, possess sound judgment, and have a passion for ensuring quality, we encourage you to apply Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
