PPAP process (Establishing requirements, gathering documentation, Validating the process and final approval). Developing Control Plans and FMEAs. Understanding of CPK and CP / able to interpret data. Working knowledge of the IATF16949 technical standard. Knowledge of establishing process controls (Poke yokes, Check frequencies, etc.). Establish layered audits / Perform audits of processes (internal). Experience working with Automotive OEMs (in-person, on phone and via Email). Understanding of Blue print tolerance. Working knowledge of measurement tools (Calipers, Micrometers and general hand gauges). Ability to use a CMM, Faro arm or other programmable measurement device. Ability to organize data to make recommended action to senior management Formal problem solving experience (5P / 8D or equivalent). Supervise a team of 4+ associates on 3 shifts Work with production team on continual improvement activity related to cost reduction ______________________________________________________________________

Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing with strong familiarity of automotive quality. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Motivated, self starter with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. Computer literate with Microsoft Office ______________________________________________________________________
