Primary Responsibilities

Lead the compilation, reporting and analysis of financial results and metrics on monthly, quarterly and annual basis Lead creating, consolidating and maintaining financial databases Prepare long-range financial forecasts and related budgets Develop and update financial models that are closely linked to the operating metrics of the organization Collaborate with Finance and other internal team members to achieve operational objectives Develop and maintain financial key performance indicators (KPI's) Work with operating business unit leadership during the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes to support business strategy Assist with quarter-end support for earnings, auditors, and bank requirements Streamline data flow and automate the analysis process as needed Quantify the financial impact of investments, including likely returns on investments or payback period for proposed capital expenditures, new services or other investments Lead ad hoc projects as determined by the manager to assist operations. Assists with merger and acquisition plans and drives financial analytics on synergies and dis-synergies

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Minimum 5+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office suites Ability to work directly with business leaders in a collaborative manner. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Must be self-motivating, hardworking, analytical and proactive Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization Flexibility to work overtime when needed, especially at quarter ends and budget season
