**Description**

**Duties/Responsibilities:**List the essential job duties that are specific to the position.

* Take ownership of major technical initiatives and projects

* Ensure proper hardware is installed, configured and online on network for associated projects

* Engage with our leadership team, internal technical resources, business management vendor, and our staff to document business requirements, business workflow, project timeline, and responsibilities

* Project Management including tracking tasks, milestones, and due dates in smart sheets for associated projects

* Assist the training department by creating How-To videos for associated projects

* Help with on-going support and enhancement process for associated projects

* Technical On-Boarding of new employees to network, email, and business systems

* Escalate problems as required to external, ERP/database administrators, system engineers and/or to IT management as required

* IT Help Desk Support- Provide PC and laptop hardware support, including installations, relocations, and upgrades in conjunction with IT outsourcer

* IT Help Desk Support- Provide necessary user training on network and desktop applications

* IT Help Desk Support- Provide additional technical support services, such as teleconference and videoconference meetings; desktop phone support; conference room projectors and audio-visual support; network cabling and connectivity; etc.

* Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**

**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.

**Years of Experience Required:** 2 to 5 years

**Experience required in**:

* SQL - Ability to write basic where statements in SQL

* Minimum two (2) years experience in business systems analysis or implementation

**Other Experience required**: Business systems analysis or implementation

**Supervisory Responsibilities**: None

* **Required Skills/ Abilities:**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,

* Strong Project Management skills

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

* Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

* Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, consulting, etc.)

* Proficient with PC applications including database, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation software and graphics packages

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

**Physical Requirements:**

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to travel via regular travel methods to various company locations as needed.
