Business Development Representative

Modern Toyota of Asheboro is currently seeking a full-time Business Development Sales Representative to expand its team in our Asheboro, NC Dealership.Candidates will possess honesty, integrity, and a pleasant outgoing personality.Responsibilities include:Answering both inbound and internal phone calls and web leadsCommunicating effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.Scheduling appointments and sales of a reasonable level in comparison to other BDRsFollowing up and responding to internet leads immediatelyMaintaining customer database and follow-up through the current Customer Resource Management toolMaintaining an average of 80 outbound phone calls dailySending and receiving multiple emails dailyCommunicating professionally with customers and fellow employeesQualifications:Must have computer and keyboarding skills.Must have the ability to work a varying Monday-Saturday schedule.Ability to multi-task.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in a call center or the automotive industry is a plus.High School Diploma or GED required.Modern Toyota of Asheboro is a part of Modern Automotive Network.Since 1933, Modern Automotive has been distinguished from its competitors by setting trends with innovative facilities, recruiting a highly talented workforce, and providing world-class customer service.Modern, a fourth-generation family-owned business, has a strong reputation for treating customers with respect, doing the right thing every day, and giving customers the best value for their money.We offer:A professional work environmentA competitive compensation and benefits package for full-time employees.
