Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Seronda Network, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
