Working at Emplicit:

Emplicit is seeking an experienced Performance Creative Director to join our talented team.

In this role you will be a key driver in shaping our clients identity and positioning in the market.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process, from concept to execution, and for providing strategic leadership to our talented creative team.

In this position you will also:

Develop and articulate the company's creative vision, ensuring alignment with our clients values and business goals.
Lead and inspire the creative team to consistently produce innovative and compelling design concepts and campaigns.
Lead the team to produce high-converting marketplace creative such as Amazon listing assets including imagery, infographics and video, plus Amazon A+ content.
Develop CRO testing plans to increase performance based on A/B tests of creative elements.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Play a critical role in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.
Manage creative budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.

This opportunity might be a good fit if you

Have a Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field and 5 or more years of relevant experience in a digital agency setting.
Have proven success in a creative leadership role, ideally in e-commerce.
Have excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Have proficiency with creative software and tools.
Are a self-starter with ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
Amazon or eCommerce experience is required.

Exceptional candidates also have

A Masters or other advanced degree.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
