Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at TOM BIHN. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and online marketing. This role is primarily located in Seattle, WA with the flexibility for hybrid work.
Responsibilities
- Work with marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on digital advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, to achieve company objectives, including generating sales, increasing brand awareness, and driving website traffic
- Create and optimize ad campaigns, including ad creative, targeting, bidding, and scheduling, to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with Social Media team, photographers, and videographers to create engaging content for campaigns
- Create iterations of ad creatives for A/B testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with new bag launches, limited color debuts, and major restocks
- Set up and manage Google Shopping campaigns, including product feed optimization, bidding strategies, and performance tracking to drive sales and revenue
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools, such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, and providing regular reporting to broader team
- Work on landing pages for ads and focus on general site optimizations to increase conversion rates
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to digital advertising platforms, and incorporate new tactics and features into campaigns
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Web Analytics and Online Marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with content creation and optimization
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
