Job DescriptionJob DescriptionIndigo Slate is seeking a full-time Sales Director to join our team of talented individuals. We’re looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for hunting new business and revenue from clients. Working with and reporting to the Global Director of E2E Business Development and the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for a new business target, coordinating the strategies of various business development teams to win work from new clients.

Key skills: 
 
  •  You have deep prior experience in a growing a Design & Technology product and services.
  • Most of your career has been focused on B2B2C Design & Tech propositions selling into some of the world’s largest brands across the High Tech and Telecoms verticals.
  • You are well tenured and have a demonstrable track record of hitting and overachieving your targets.
  • You have a track record of generating deals in excess of $5M.
  • You have a positive mindset, attitude to win and are tenacious and hungry for success.
  • You are well organised and do not require too much management overhead.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments, a highly organized “doer,” with a bias towards action.
  •  You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple C-suite stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
  • Ideally you have a passion and interest in Digital Transformation and have had some personal and professional experience in this domain.

The role 
    • Your primary goal is to work in tandem with the local and global teams to hit revenue and margin targets.
    • Develop your go to market strategy around specific market verticals, use cases and target accounts.
    • Strategy broken down in clearly defined plans to hit internal Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) measured monthly, quarterly and yearly.
    • Work with partners, channels, resellers as necessary to enable you to multiply your impact.
    • Work with the Product Management team on market research across the product spectrum to fine tune the offering and plan the product roadmap.
    • Work with our Marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.

Salary Range - USD160,000 per annum to USD 195,000 depending on experience.
