Content Marketing Associate

If you are a passionate marketing professional motivated to produce dynamic content for diverse stakeholders across a wide variety of channels, look no further AVE is currently seeking a Content Marketing Associate to continue telling our story to new and existing audiences in creative and impactful ways across all channels, including but not limited to email marketing, sales materials, social media, and advertising. We have a strong brand identity, and we are looking for professionals who want to champion that brand and continue to elevate it as we grow. This is an entry-level, collaborative content marketing role that will have exposure to all functions within a high-volume, hands-on Marketing & Communications team supporting a growing national portfolio of first-class residential communities. In addition to content creation, there is a high level of coordination to be expected to support all programs. The Content Marketing Associate will report directly to the SVP: Communications with accountabilities to the Sr. Specialist, Social Media & Online Reputation. Responsibilities: Email Marketing Design, copywrite, and distribute visual and plain text communications to support individual property and regional marketing and sales plans. Work in multiple systems and maintain lists/groups to effectively distribute timely communications based on audience. Capture and communicate performance to drive effectiveness of future sends. Be a champion of brand visual and messaging standards in execution of this program. Sales Materials Design and copywrite Sales Materials to support both the Leasing and Business Development teams with sales outreach and event materials. Consult with a long-time, external graphic design agency on all materials to drive brand visual standards. Support with direct mail list acquisition and print material fulfillment. Advertising Design and copywrite advertisements to support individual property and regional marketing and sales plans. Consult with a long-time, external graphic design agency on all ads to drive brand visual standards. Support with ad tracking management and user access. Social Media Copywrite engaging captions and produce/post content to support organic and paid property social media strategies. Respond to all property social media engagements within 24 business hours. Produce and execute content for online directories including Google Business Profile and Apple Connect. Support Sr. Specialist, Social Media & Online Reputation with social selling and social listening initiatives. Event Marketing Support Sr. Specialist, Social Media & Online Reputation with production of resident event promotional materials. Support Sr. Specialist, Social Media & Online Reputation with resident event coordination. Serve as back-up on resident event communication execution when primary is OOO. Other Own project work in areas of focus. Will be trained on Marketing Portal to assign tickets when the Sr. Marketing Associate is OOO. Attend marketing and sales meetings, brand/property events, and/or industry conferences, as needed. Scope of responsibilities subject to change and/or expand based on the expansion of our portfolio. Requirements: B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Writing, Graphic Design, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience producing content marketing for a company, agency, or publication - must present samples of work; internship experience will be considered. Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and visual. Proficiency with graphic design and social media platforms. Email marketing and basic HTML experience is a plus. Ability to receive and integrate feedback in a production process. Strong curiosity and creativity. Tech-savvy and quick to learn digital systems.
