As a Job Site Project Manager at Crescent Electric, you will oversee and manage contracted customer projects. In this role, you will coordinate and communication between Crescent and the local customer job site personnel.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Coordinate the receipt of material to a designated delivery location and/or the customer job site.
Process the commodity material releases per the schedule and requirements of the customers Project Manager and/or Corporate Purchasing Department.
Enter necessary sales order information into the Crescent Eclipse to track commodity material flow and the update of material tracking reports.
Visit the local job site as needed to coordinate material flow and review current job site schedule requirements.
Interface with the selected vendors to coordinate the timely shipment of materials and resolution of product delivery discrepancies and execute product returns with these select vendors, when necessary.
Maintain the local commodities storage facility and related equipment needed to receive, ship, and process materials for the project.
Maintain strong customer relations with the local customer personnel and other customer employees, as needed.
Execute all necessary functions needed to maintain the successful progress and completion of the local project including but not limited to cutting wire, loading and unloading trucks, receiving material at the local storage facility and job site, and delivering material to the job site during and after work hours when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related electrical construction experience/project management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
