PURPOSE :

The Marketing Automation Specialist will support Wondr Health B2C Marketing by supporting primarily the B2C funnel (adoption and engagement) personalize and scale multi-channel communications, while maximizing conversion and engagement. This role is responsible for: establishing marketing automation best practices, marketing data hygiene, operationalizing marketing channel support, journey building, optimization, and troubleshooting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise:

  2. Support marketing and cross-functional teams with urgency to troubleshoot questions related to data accuracy and delivery as they arise.

  3. Provide guidance to build, QA and scale personalized journeys to maximize conversion and engagement.

  4. Provide documentation and training to marketing teams on best practices.

  5. Data Management and Automation:

  6. Monitor database health and accuracy, volume, and integrations, performing regular data cleansing procedures alongside IT partners.

  7. Implement segmentation, testing, and targeting strategies to optimize outcomes.

  8. Implement and streamline marketing processes through automation to enhance operational efficiency.

  9. Analytics and Reporting:

  10. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics assessing effectiveness and identifying areas of opportunity.

  11. Generate reports on key marketing KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.

  12. Compliance and Best Practices:

  13. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation tools to help optimize Wondr Health marketing initiatives.

  14. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices, including experience with journeys using Salesforce data entries, AMPscript, and SQL.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Excel


QUALIFICATIONS :

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations/Marketing Automation, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
