RTH Solutions LLC , a certified minority and women owned business, is recruiting for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst. We are seeking an experienced OCM analyst to provide expert-level insight and analysis on products and servicesDescription : The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst plays key role ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. OCM Analyst focuses on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.Duties :Align leadership with the goals and objectives to successful project executionAssess the impact of change within organizations that incorporates organizational culture, performance and readiness/desire for changeUse Prosci ADKAR and/or other certified OCM models, tools and frameworks to support improved organizational design and alignmentDefine and execute communication strategies to effectively share information with stakeholders throughout the project life cycleDevelop and deploy user adoption/training initiatives to support change related to project implementationsStrategize with all levels within the organization for the development of a roadmap and implementation of change programsProvide input, documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of change management trainingLead efforts to execute change management recommendations across multiple initiatives including new business processes, technology and organization changesIdentify the impact of the change on the affected parties and create/execute detailed action plans to address the human side of the changeEducation : Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline or 3 years OCM experience.General Experience :A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
