This Environmental Compliance Manager position involves spearheading the environmental compliance department's expansion through meticulous oversight of E&S and stormwater inspections across diverse construction projects. Collaborate effectively with top-tier leadership to drive growth in both public and private sectors. Responsibilities of the Environmental Compliance Manager: Conduct detailed E&S and stormwater inspections in accordance with the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) standards to ensure project compliance. Assess construction methods and materials to ensure they meet all applicable codes and regulations, aligning with approved plans and specifications. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and issue notices of violation as required. Qualifications for the Environmental Compliance Manager: Demonstrated ability to independently manage both technical and administrative duties with initiative and sound judgment. Strong customer-focused approach, coupled with outstanding communication skills marked by clarity and professionalism. A minimum of three years’ experience in E&S and stormwater management inspections, or a comparable combination of education and hands-on experience providing necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities. Required State DEQ certifications as an Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector and Stormwater Inspector.
