Manages work assignments for production staff, spot checks in-process components for quality and function, ensures compliance with TEG standard and production goals.Direct Manager: Director of ProductionKPIs:Schedule - delivers product on/before scheduleOutput - increases productivity and meets/beats monthly targetsQuality - delivers product that meets established quality expectations produced and installed systems function as intended and provide troubleshooting support for systems that have issues.Hours & Schedule:* Expected Weekly Hours: 45-50 plus whatever it takes; ship weeks* Travel Expectations: Minimal* Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday (exceptions: new store launch, new game installation, emergency maintenance or other emergencies related to your job)* Oncall: NoJob Responsibilities:* Manage, facilitate and enforce the entire production process.* Track and report status of each component as it works its way through the shop.* Maintain accurate database of operations and hours through existing project management platform (Fulcrum)* Responsible for Coordinating, assigning, directing work, and assessing performance of employees.* Work with shop leads and Management to maintain a safe production environment.* Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and submitting requests for supplies.* Troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor to remedy any production issues that may arise as well as gain efficiencies through value engineering.* Work with the Engineering team to ensure that any changes made on the shop floor are incorporated into the fabrication drawings.* Help develop and maintain interdepartmental Production schedule for items being worked on in the shop.* Establish or adjust workflow/scheduling in order to meet production targets.* Recognize and communicate any production issues that may compromise production targets.* Partners with Installation/Project Management to ensure components get properly staged and loaded into trucks..* Contributing to component R&D process, as needed* Contributing to the installation process for Stores and R&D, as neededJob Requirements:* Proven ability to deliver results on deadline* Natural Leader* Positive and optimistic; cool under pressure* Excellent communicator (written/spoken/presentation)* Demonstrated ability to plan and think strategically while also willing to roll-up sleeves and get things done* High integrity and ability to be trusted with confidential & valuable company information* 5+ years experience in manufacturing / custom fabrication environment.* Familiarity with 5S and Lean implementation* A commitment to excellence* Strong organizational skills and work ethic#J-18808-Ljbffr
