Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of University Housing invites applications for the position of Associate Director of Housing. The Associate Director of University Housing is a full-time professional staff member responsible for supporting the Director of Housing in the administration and supervision of all aspects of the Housing Department. The Associate Director position is also responsible for directing and supervising the daily activities, services, and operations of Resident Life on campus. University Housing consists of approximately 2,300 beds in 10 Residence Halls, an Apartment Complex, and community of Greek and Organizational Houses, with an annual budget of $12 million.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree from an accredited university
Experience working in University Housing
Experience in staff supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must demonstrate effective leadership skills, the ability to work with diverse populations, skill in developing partnerships to achieve strategic institutional goals, and the ability to coordinate and direct the efforts of staff and students in a large organization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.

Commitment to student development and programming, as well as, working with various university departments and affiliates.
