Description We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 months of medical experience and is familiar with taking vital signs. This position will require you to travel 2 days a week to Hendersonville, Camden, and/or Smithville. You will be supporting 3 different doctors in this role. We want you to apply now.What you will do in this role:• Rounds in patient waiting rooms • Performs selected administrative duties and assists clinical staff with non-clinical duties • Scheduling and canceling patient appointments • Answering the telephone • Verifying patient insurance and demographics • Collection of co-payments/coinsurance and personal balances • Escorts patient to exam rooms • Takes patient weights • Prepares exam rooms with needed equipment, supplies, and patient education materials • Adheres to and practices appropriate infection control policies and procedures • Assists with autoclaving of instruments where appropriate with documented training • Assists with removing expired medications • Assists with room turnover and preparation • Electronically filing and retrieving medical recordsWhat Qualifications you will need:• No education Requirements • No experience requiredSupporting HCA Healthcare's 186 hospitals and 2,400+ sites of care, Physician Services plays a crucial role as the main entry point for patients looking for high-quality healthcare within the HCA Healthcare system.
