General Summary

CareATC is seeking a seasoned Senior Director, People Services, to partner with the SVP of People Services in developing and executing people strategies that drive business success. You will be responsible for setting the direction and strategy for Compensation, and lead and develop a talented team of professionals across various People Services functions, including Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, and HR Analytics, ensuring a strong contribution to our organization's goals.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the SVP of People Services to translate the overall business plan into actionable people strategies.* Partner with leaders across the organization to identify and address their People Services needs.* Set the direction and strategy for the Compensation program, ensuring it aligns with our overall business strategy and industry best practices.* Lead and develop a talented team of professionals in Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, and HR Analytics. Foster a strong team environment, selecting, training, and managing the performance of direct reports, and ensuring the performance and compliance of downline team members.* Oversee program budgets and reporting for all People Services functions.* Collaborate with and manage relationships with Strategic Partners to ensure the successful delivery of People Services initiatives.* Cultivate a strong company culture that fosters a sense of belonging and inclusion for the entire CareATC community.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).* Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role within People Services or a related field, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits.* Proven track record of developing and executing successful people strategies.* Strong leadership and team development skills.* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and best practices in People Services.* Strongly prefer experience in healthcare.
