Human Resources Coordinator

TheHR CoordinatoratSono Bellosupports, monitors and audits core people processes, prepares and preservesteam member records and other human resources data in both written and electronic formats. The HR Coordinatorworks with established processes of moderate complexity and works to resolve errors within those processes inaddition to making enhancements. As a member of the HR team, the HR Coordinator will work on special projectsin both group and independent settings.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists the Human Resources function in carrying out various programs, processes, and procedures.Supports key processes and activities related to team member actions.Provides administrative support to team member onboarding and offboarding process, including processinghiring information in HRIS, background check submission, collecting signatures, and assisting in otheronboarding activities as needed.Monitors the HR Inbox, responding to those inquiries that are within the scope of the role and escalatingother matters.Performs customer service functions by answering internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.Provides information for Verifications of Employment (VOE).Maintains team member files and HR records within our HRIS, utilizing different electronic tools and sourcedocuments.Assists or prepares correspondence, reports, and similar documents.Supports or conducts various audits.Assists with various research projects and/or special projects.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.2 years of human resources experience required.Prior experience working with an HRIS/HRMS (UltiPro preferred) or the ability to quickly learn software programs.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Working understanding of human resources principles, best practices, and procedures.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment that can be demanding at times.Proficient in MS Office and have the ability to learn a variety of computer operating systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality handle sensitive matters in a professional manner.Knowledge of key people processes.Possess solid people interactions skills even in repetitive situations.Strong ability to solve problems independently and with others.Demonstrate willingness to learn, grow, and develop in Human Resources.Ability to read and write in the English language.WORK ENVIRONMENT:We have a hybrid workplace; the Data Analyst will be expected to be in person at our Kirkland WA office at least 3 days a week.COMPENSATION:This is a Non-Exempt position with an hourly range of $26.00 - $33.00, depending on experience.BENEFITS:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Professional development opportunities.Positive and collaborative work environment. #L1-MW1#J-18808-Ljbffr
