The Marketing & Customer Service Associate will work alongside our Marketing & Customer Service team. Each new associate will be assigned an individual trainer and one business client to become familiar with, along with their promotional offerings.
The Marketing & Customer Service Associate will attend business and sales meetings during the week within the office and travel to potential leads to discuss clients’ promotional deals. We thrive on a team-based environment, so we need someone motivated to contribute to the team, attend networking events, stay current on industry trends, and participate in continuous training.
Duties:
Research each assigned business and stay current on competitors to maintain industry lead
Familiarize with each assigned territory to gain confidence in demographics and potential customer base
Network with other Marketing & Customer Service Associates and Managers to grow knowledge base
Invest time outside work to strengthen leadership, customer service, and management skills
Qualify leads by engaging with them and understanding their needs
Engage in active listening with customers to clarify information and assess needs
Follow up with product and service recommendations, explaining solutions and processes
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or sales preferred
Strong negotiation and conversational skills required
Inherent sense of optimism and resilience
Dedicated to professional growth and setting higher goals
