River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County and Baldwin County locations. Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups. River Edge is currently seeking a Full-time Clerk for the Child and Adolescent Services . Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Clerk will play a key role in providing technical and administrative support. Answer telephone calls and take messages. Maintain, sort, and distribute electronic and physical records to internal/external partners. Provide general information to staff, clients, or internal/external partners. Perform inventory checks/management and procurement of resources. Respond to emails and sort and distribute physical parcels. Create and maintain data spreadsheets, and audit clinical data for accuracy of reporting. Facilitate treatment team meetings and document meeting minutes. Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED equivalent. At least 1 year of providing behavioral health services. At least 1 year of clerical experience. 2 Professional references (Former employers only, no family members). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment. Experience with electronic records. All applicants must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test. Ability to maintain good customer relationships.
