Base pay range $24.32/hr - $24.32/hr Direct message the job poster from APR Consulting APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Project Coordinator Location: Columbus, OH 43210 Pay Rate: $24.32/hr Duration: 13 weeks Expected Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (2:00pm - 10:00pm) Shift 40 hours, 2nd shift, ~2 PM to 10PM (M Th), then rotate a Friday shift and Sat day shift in (flip e/o week) Basic Job Description / Key Responsibilities Training Setup & Logistics: Prepare the Training Support Desk, Auditorium, and Registration areas with required materials (binders, laptops, signage, and rosters). Attendee Support: Greet and direct staff to the correct orientation or training location; assist with wayfinding and session check?in. Trainer Coordination: Distribute, collect, and upload training rosters; communicate with trainers and leadership for missing materials or updates. Issue Management: Serve as the first point of contact for on?site issues and coordinate with the Manager of the Week (MOW) or activation team when escalation is needed. Technology & Access: Operate assigned laptops, phones, and surface hubs; ensure all signage and digital tools are active and accurate. Daily & Weekly Closeout: Complete end?of?shift and end?of?week proceduresorganize materials, turn off equipment, and secure all items in designated storage.
