We are seeking an effective take-charge

Construction Project Manager

who will be responsible for the overall coordination of $5 multi-million plus dollar projects in

Northwest, IN or Chicago, IL .
This role will include creating and managing the project schedule, budget, and scope. Qualified candidates must be a self-starter, capable of providing on-site leadership, and have an eye for safety. The candidate must also have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget and exemplify the utmost attention to quality. He/she will work closely with clients, design professionals, and trade subcontractors.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction. Must be well organized, self-motivated, and must provide evidence of proven experience and leadership.
