Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate:
$22-$24 Hourly

Boise, ID
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
Copy, Scanand store documents.
Checkfor accuracy and editing files.
Reviewand update technical documents.
Accurately file, track, and distribute project documents.
Maintain MS Outlook Distribution list and create project meetings.
Create emails, rules, meetings, and distribution lists.
Make process suggestions to increase document control accuracy and efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) with the document control group.
Effectively communicate with project stakeholders.

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

Requirements:
2 years of experience with record keeping or general administration.
Ability to learn and understand client-specific software.
Excellent Understanding of Adobe, and ability to manipulate, combine, extract, and reorganize PDF pages.
Basic understanding of Excel, ability to filter, organize and save in different file types.
Preferred:
1+ years of experience with design and engineering design.
Physical Effort/Activities:
Ability to stage and load large format printers (plotter paper rolls weighing 20-25lbs).
Sitting or standing for prolonged periods.
Stooping, reaching, crouching, and repetitive fine motor activities.
Ability to traverse the facility to distribute documents.
