We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience and receive exceptional service. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company guidelines and policies to provide high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
- Proactively reach out to customers for follow-up and feedback to improve service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software (CRM tools) is advantageous.
