We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience and receive exceptional service. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company guidelines and policies to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for follow-up and feedback to improve service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software (CRM tools) is advantageous.
