Position Overview: NextRow Digital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. This unpaid internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Successful candidates may be offered a full-time position after a two-month internship period based on performance and proven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

Support the development and implementation of recruiting strategies and processes.

Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials.

Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to represent NextRow Digital.

Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Availability to work from our Schaumburg office.
