What Matters Most:

This position is located off the Northwest Freeway with close access to various restaurants and shopping centers to enjoy during breaks and lunchtime.
Your New Role:
Join one of the largest premier healthcare organizations in Northwest Houston, TX. As the newest Medical Recruiter, you will conduct thorough resume scans, effectively utilize various job boards, harness the power of various social media platforms for recruitment purposes, explore diverse sourcing avenues, and be able to have proficiency in drafting job descriptions.
You will also be assessing candidate applications and resumes to ensure a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Your Experience:

A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Two (2) years of healthcare recruiting experience is required.

Must have recruiting experience through social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

A foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting is required.

Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills and the flexibility to multi-task is required.
