Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Job summary:

CONTRACT JOB: The Senior Recruiting Consultant: provides primary recruitment including sourcing, identification, and presentation of qualified and licensed clinicians to assigned departments; advises the management team regarding HR employment policies and procedures. Consults with HR Management and Senior Management to determine and apply the best recruitment solutions to issues and challenges affecting the Company’s strategic and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment of licensed behavioral health clinicians in State of Texas

· Strong recruitment knowledge in hiring Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, Counselors and other Licensed Behavioral Clinicians.

· Identify and execute recruiting techniques for industry, market, skills set and region.

· Review market condition and ensure candidate inventory population at appropriate levels.

· Check for candidate reference to ensure stated skills and experience authenticity.

 

Minimum Requirements:

· BA/BS Minimum Preferred

· At least 4 year as a recruiter in Behavioral Health

· Self-Starter and result oriented profession with a proven track record of

· Great communication skills

· Organized with attention to detail

· Strong time management skills

· Abide to Code of Conduct, company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations

· Public relations ability, interpersonal skill & professional telephone manner
