We are Canteen. Job SummaryResponsibilities:Liaison between branch and Charlotte officeOversee cash room functionsCash room verification, pre-counts, and filling in as necessaryPrepare cash reportsMaintain the District Petty Cash fundMaintain ICR Operations StandardsSupply requested information to Controller and Regional ManagerPrepare and Maintain Payroll/Personnel ReportsCalculate commissions paid to Route DriversMaintain Attendance RecordsMaintain Personnel FilesMaintain I-9 and WOTC filesProcess Web PayrollAssist new hires with paperwork and orientationProcess A/R invoicesClient commissionsVendor maintenance and paymentsAdministrative support to the DGMOther duties as assigned by the Controller and DGMPreferred Qualifications:4-year degree in accounting preferred2+ years of accounting/finance experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tablesComputer literacyExperience in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to adjust to changing prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks/prioritiesProfessional demeanor and presentationApply to Canteen todayCanteen is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
