Job Description:
Are you a dedicated Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking an impactful onsite role? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team near High Point, WA. In this full-time position, youll work directly with students to provide behavior analysis services and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavior Analysis: Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and implement strategies to address student behavioral needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school staff, parents, and students to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans and strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and student progress.
Qualifications:
- State Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (WA)
- National Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Educator Credential: Educational Staff Associate (ESA) with School Behavior Analyst Endorsement (Must be active)
- Additional Requirements: WA OSPI Fingerprints
