Come join our team and work inspired each dayAbout the Role:NetDocuments is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for developing and managing existing customer accounts while building relationships to find solutions to customer needs for our SaaS company. The Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of the customer relationship process. This will support the SMB segment.What your contributions will be:Experience in selling software solutions. Legal tech and SaaS experience are a plusSelf-motivated and passionate about succeeding and career growthAbility to communicate with prospects and business owners in a professional and courteous mannerActive listening skill essential to gathering information, evaluating business problems/needs and ability to communicate solutions realized through our software platformSelf-starter, passionate about developing new skills and learning industry knowledge to maximize successCritical thinker with the ability to adapt and work in faced paced environmentTeam player who is willing to collaborate across business segments and share best practices to make everyone betterExcellent written, verbal and communication skills. Technically minded and demonstrates effective use of MS Office tools.
