Director of Account Management

Are you a seasoned professional with a track record of building and leading high-performing account management teams? Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead weekly team trainings, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge enhancement
  • Review client calls to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities, driving ongoing team development
  • Create a roadmap for improved client satisfaction, MRR, and retention while scaling the team
  • Manage a book of clients and hold regular calls to discuss marketing results and strategies
  • Enhance processes for increased efficiency and client success
  • Educate clients and the team on paid ads, ensuring a shared understanding of best practices
  • Determine staffing needs and hire new team members as we reach capacity
  • Set quarterly and monthly goals for MRR and Retention
  • Contribute to company leadership meetings, acting as the voice of the client in setting goals and direction
  • Oversee and shape the strategic direction of the account management team to drive client success and satisfaction
  • Drive high-level internal communication for changes within client accounts, ensuring seamless operations
  • Develop and mentor account management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Utilize data analytics to assess team and client performance, implementing improvements and innovations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • 5+ Years of leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads (SEO a plus)
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Creative problem solver and willing to get scrappy to achieve goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Experienced in Hubspot (optional, but preferred)
