Job Description
Coordinate, collaborate, and maintain company records in order to meet management, statutory, and shareholder requirements, as well as implement, maintain, and continuously review internal control policies and procedures in order to ensure strong corporate governance.
Identify and make recommendations to improve financial and other internal controls and optimize business processes.
Works with internal audit teams to evaluate internal control issues and implement audit recommendations.
Create and document an annual internal control plan, hold periodic internal control steering committee meetings, and advise operational staff on control implementation. Monitor internal control reporting and review the status of the business's internal control processes Audit
Ensure that books are kept in accordance with applicable GAAP. GL and BS reviews are performed on a regular basis.
Ensure annual statutory audit and book closure in accordance with GAAP. Coordination with auditors and timely completion of audit.
Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 Years + of post-qualification experience
Experience of corporate accounting, & Internal Control in Service/Fleet Management organizations.
Reporting to the Sr. Financial Controller/CFO
In-depth understanding of internal controls and risk management tools
Excellent communication and Presentation skills
