Volt is immediately hiring a for an HR and Reporting Admin for an immediate hybrid opportunity in Fountain Valley,CA.
As an HRand Reporting Admin you will:
- Assist with creating presentation materials, administers the offboarding process, and supports various HR projects in relation to compliance and policy updates.
- Provide administrative support for HR Business Partner team.
- Support collection and creation of presentation materials for HR Business Partners.
- Create and track recurring agenda and project timelines.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR practices and policies.
- Assist with audit compliance by adhering to guidelines established regarding the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and other related documentation to support compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate cross functionally to administer HR processes and procedures, follow up to ensure completion of HR requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- 2 - 5 Years of Direct HR Systems, and/or General HR experience required
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, collaboration and relationship building.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced level Excel skills; Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting
- Visio experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors) preferred.
