**Job Description**

We are looking for a proactive engineer to fill the role as SW/System HIL Engineer for Driver Assist department. As a SW/System HIL Engineer, you will develop, maintain, execute, track, and report on validation testing for Radar/Video/Ultrasonic based Driver Assistance software functions.

The reason for this function is to act as both the primary interface before development, test lab, local and global teams, and process improvements. Your job is ensure that as the complexity of Driver Assistance functions increases and functions become more safety relevant, that the current and future software is tested and validated in a consistent and accurate manner.

As a SW/System HIL Engineer, this role is responsible for the below:

* Work closely with Requirements Owners to develop quality test cases.

* Proactively work with Software Function Owners during the entire testing process.

* Work with Project Managers and Test Coordinator to establish testing milestones and deadlines.

* Develop test scripts to automate test cases

* Analyze test failures to identify incorrect test cases vs. software defects.

* Communicate testing status and impediments with Project Managers.

* Create test reports and communicate results to the team.

* Generate defect reports for software defects and assign to responsible software function owner.

* Maintain Testing Hardware and associated testing equipment for HIL testing, etc.

* Ensure traceability of test cases and test results to customer requirements.

* Communicate with other test teams globally to share knowledge and lessons learned.

* Proactively push to improve and streamline all areas of the testing process.

* Travel Expectation: Willing to travel up to 2 weeks per year.(domestic travel)

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications:**

* Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering degree.

* 1+ years of work experience in writing and troubleshooting code in Python Programming Language.

* 1+ years of on HIL testing

* 1+ years of experience in agile using JIRA tools.

* 1+ years of work experience in embedded software (C and/or assembly).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree is desired for transition to Software Development role.

* Moderate programming skills in C++ will be required to transition into the Software Development role.

* Must possess a proactive attitude.

* Must possess interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.

* Capable to work independently in an organized and structured fashion.

* Must have solid computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software packages.

* Experience with Requirement Management tools is desired, ie. IBM Rhapsody DOORS, etc.

* (Automotive) test experience / test management is desired.

* Experience with Linux is desired.

* Experience with Driver Assistance functions desired.

**Position Summary:**

The Experience Management Data Coordinator provides administrative support for the Firms experience management

data system and maintains its evolving expectations, standards, and best practices. This position coordinates with all

aspects of experience data used by the Firm to support business development, including routine reporting, research,

cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment. The Experience Management Data Coordinator relies on limited experience

and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

**As Experience Management Data Coordinator, you will:**

Perform daily data audits in experience management system to ensure data accuracy of accounts and contacts

Monitor inbound and outbound system integrations and maintain the data integrity across the system

Administer the data entry process

Automate data quality rules to remove to cleanse inaccurate or duplicate data and standardize data entries

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements that support strategic initiatives

Perform root cause analyses of issues and ensure remediation according to data management policies and

standards

Develop, implement, and maintain data quality processes, training, and reference materials

Collaborate with attorneys and BD leaders to create and maintain targeted practice, industry, and ad-hoc

reports

**Job Specifications:**

Bachelors degree

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Knowledge of marketing technology systems

Familiarity with data profiling, root cause analysis and quality improvement techniques

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to translate user requirements to technical specifications

Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities

Ability to work in a collaborative environment
