Negotiate offer/s to successful acceptance Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience by providing timely status updates and information Complete all process requirements and ensure compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements Collaborate and consult across the organization, develop partnerships across businesses and operational functional areas Provides subject matter expertise in specific staffing and HR projects Support onsite and virtual recruitment events including job fairs, informational sessions and college recruiting fairs Present to senior management and/or HR Committees regarding recruiting initiatives and outcomes
