Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to assist customers in setting up appointments and answering their inquiries
  • Follow up with potential buyers to provide information and updates on available vehicles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service
  • Assist sales team in generating leads and setting up appointments for test drives
  • Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle purchases to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
