Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst Folgendes: * Sie verantworten das Vertragsmanagement inklusive der Verhandlung von IT-Serviceleistungen. * Sie steuern die internen Teams und das externe Liefernetzwerks unter Einhaltung der SLAs und KPIs. * Sie arbeiten Seite an Seite mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, um den kontinuierlichen Ausbau des Servicegeschfts sicherzustellen. * Ihr Ziel ist stets die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und die langfristige Kundenbindung. **Ihr Profil** * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams zur IT-Serviceerbringung * Service Level Management und Definition/Implementierung idealerweise fr Windows, Unix Betriebssysteme oder im Netzwerk- und Security-Umfeld * Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung von IT-Dienstleistungsvertrgen (anhand der KPIs und P&L Analysen) und Proaktivitt * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Kommunikationsstrke auf allen Ebenen und idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams ber Kontinente hinweg * Gerne erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Fhrung und Bereitschaft zu mehrtgigen Dienstreisen, je nach Kundensituation **ber uns** Computacenter ist ein fhrender herstellerbergreifender IT-Dienstleister mit rund 15.000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern weltweit und einem globalen Umsatz von 4,35 Mrd.
