Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offerings and the way we work. **Crop and Digital Solutions** is responsible developing and scaling new on-farm digital and integrated tools and solutions for an efficient and transparent food system. This position will be offered on a 2 year limited contract. The work location is open to be in Berlin/ Germany, UK, US, working according to CET time zone. ****Responsibilities**** *

Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple portfolios, and environments to deliver business outcomes *

Defines and oversees an effective governance of resources and demand to meet organisational needs. *

Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, UX, Data and Support/Operations teams to define appropriate balance of commitments vs scope that support stakeholder needs and meet business objectives *

Lead special project planning and execution for cross functional projects for the leadership team while navigating internal networks and building internal consensus *

Build standardization amongst tools, processes and relationships with leaders to understand drivers behind business performance *

Outcome and Metrics Tracking/Reporting: Work closely with leaders across the organization to develop goals and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); develop systems for managing performance against those goals; ensure that our key efforts and initiatives are aligned to our strategic priorities. *

Ability to manage and mitigate conflicts, dependencies while defining the critical path for multiple ongoing projects within technically complex portfolios ****Profile**** *

Delivered multiple end-to-end product/portfolio teams in a senior or similar product/business ownership position. *

Delivered at least two digital globally scalable, technically complex products using agile/Scrum process and principles. *

Effective communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Humble, collaborative, team player, willing to step up and support colleagues. *
