ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Balloon drawings.
  • Create and update First Article Inspection Reports.
  • Interact with multiple departments.
  • Closing and processing of Manufacturing Work Orders.
  • ERP system part transactions.
  • Audit records for accuracy.
  • Compile & manage First Article Reports and Conformity packets as required by company procedures or FAA regulations.
  • Assist with maintaining the Approved Vendor List.
  • Assist with maintaining various Production Quality tracking spreadsheets.
  • Other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Aviation experience is a plus but not required.
  • First Article Inspections experience (2 years preferred)
  • Ability to locate, read, and follow technical data appropriate for the assigned task.
  • Reliable and flexible regarding work priority, scope, or schedule.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and effectively utilize other software applications.
  • Must have a track-record of being proactive and have a demonstrated history of successfully working under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas, concepts, and proposals to a wide range of audiences at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
