Job Description: This position serves as the link between the organization and the EDI trading partners. The EDI Business Analyst will set up trading partners, test documents, and maintain trading partner relationships. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and critical thinking, be able to analyze and resolve issue and errors, and respond to end user and vendor requests.

Responsibilities : Administer all receiving and sending of all EDI documents and perform troubleshooting on all processes to resolve all content issues and map problems Coordinate with Third Party EDI and new Trading Partners to maintain business relationships, set up new processes and provide optimal level of customer service Collaborate with trading partners and perform tests on all EDI transmissions, maintain all documents for trading partner set ups and analyze all customer requirements for processes Design all EDI map documents and prepare all tests data and manage all communication with trading partners and assist to produce all operational documents for all end users Manage all service calls and provide technological support to resolve all issues and maintain all processes to manage all inbound and outbound data within required time frame Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand their needs and priorities. Managing relationships with EDI service providers and managed service vendors. Configure and map electronic data interchange (EDI) file system. Maintain current enterprise resource management (ERP) system. Execute test scripts. Explain data interchange requirements to users. Validate and import data. Identify and troubleshoot issues that affect data or file transfers.

Skills/ Requirements : Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or relevant experience. Basic understanding of EDI and 5+ years of experience with EDI data files and configurations Experience working with EDI software and tools, such as IBM Sterling, SPS Commerce, or True Commerce. Experience with Microsoft AX or D365 preferred. UX design or knowledge of software programming and coding languages such as C++, Java, XML, CSV, and SQL and other database query languages. Knowledge of software design and architecture principles and experience with end-user training.
