Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Program Customer Service Technician is an infield representative responsible for supporting large and small supermarket and industrial customers. The Program CST will conduct store visits, inspections, troubleshooting and repair. The following are the essential duties and responsibilities you can expect to do: Monitoring service calls and programming the E2 Controller remotely for Dollar General locations. Troubleshooting service issues with technicians in the field. Inspect equipment for damage and missing parts. Inspect the installation of equipment for proper leveling, sealing, piping and refrigeration practices. Make necessary repairs to damaged or defective components. Assist installers in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and refrigeration problems on-site and via telephone support. Dispatch outside service companies for repairs that cannot be completed within the customer’s time frame. Arrange and scheduling meetings with installers and end user representatives when required.
