You will lead a team responsible for guiding applicants through the admissions process, assessing their rehabilitation needs, and providing detailed information on our specialized services. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates and meet organizational goals in the rehabilitation sector. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and the community, representing our facility with professionalism and compassion.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute admissions strategies tailored to the rehabilitation services offered, aiming to achieve and maintain high occupancy levels.
Supervise admissions staff, providing leadership and support in their roles within the health and rehab context.
Evaluate applicants' rehabilitation needs and eligibility for admission, ensuring alignment with facility capabilities and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to facilitate admissions and address inquiries specific to rehabilitation services.
Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations governing admissions.
Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the facility's specialized rehabilitation services and attract potential residents.
Collaborate with the administrative team to develop admission policies, procedures, and pricing strategies specific to health and rehab services.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions within the health and rehab sector to adjust admission strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in admissions management, preferably within the health and rehab industry or a similar healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and admission criteria relevant to rehabilitation services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, particularly in conveying complex healthcare information.
Proficiency in using admissions software and MS Office suite.
Compensation:
Salary: $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
