• Mitwirkung bei der Identifizierung und Bewertungen von Risiken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen in den operativen Funktionen und Fachabteilungen in der DACH Region
• Berater und fachlicher Begleiter bei der Entwicklung und Festlegung von
Risikomanagement-Maßnahmen,
Risikokontrollen und Frühwarnindikatoren
• Regelmäßige Berichterstattung zu Risiken und Ereignissen
Stellenbeschreibung
Deine Aufgaben:
Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Bewertungen von Risiken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen in den operativen Funktionen und Fachabteilungen in der DACH-Region
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Definition von
Risikomanagementmaßnahmen/-kontrollen
in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Einheiten und Fachabteilungen
Mitwirkung bei der regelmäßigen Erhebung der wesentlichen geschäftsrelevanten Risiken im Rahmen von Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) -Workshops zusammen mit den operativen Einheiten und Fachabteilungen
Erstes Prozess- und Kontrollverständnis hinsichtlich betrieblichen Prozesse und internen Kontrollen (Grundlagen des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS))
Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagement Prozesses insbesondere dem Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) sowie dem Incident und Issue Management
Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Ereignissen und der Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Analysis) sowie Monitoring von
Risikomanagementmaßnahmen
Monitoring des Policy Managements (sfO)
Das bringst Du mit:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes
betriebswirtschaftliches,
juristisches, technisches oder vergleichbares (Fach-) Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Risikomanagement, vorzugsweise aus dem
Dienstleistungssektor
wünschenswert
Fach- und/oder Branchenkenntnis im Bereich Forderungsmanagement von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse in
MS-Office-Anwendungen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
Gute analytische, konzeptionelle und koordinatorische Fähigkeiten wünschenswert
Sicheres Auftreten und
Durchsetzungsvermögen
in Verbindung mit diplomatischem Geschick
