**Job Summary**
Process of ready-mix orders and CS orders from River Falls, WI and outlying area plants. Work with customers to provide great service while establishing good working relations with other Cemstone employees.
* Process CS/Concrete orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Notify Manager in event of over bookings, slow-pours, pours exceeding original yardage, truck or plant problems. Communicate or document all customer service complaints.
* Coordinate with customers to adjust truck demand to meet proper delivery rate.
* During slow time, keep busy, cleaning, stocking shelves, work on next days activities etc.
* Assist customers with contractor sales and questions.
* The job may require some early starts/late evenings and Saturdays.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED).
* Previous dispatching, customer service experience and industry understanding preferred.
* Good product knowledge CS/Ready Mix (tools-sealers-bag goods as well as decorative concrete knowledge).
* Basic computer skills for entering orders.
* Knowledge of Western WI - East Metro and surrounding areas.
* Communicate in a positive and helpful manner with a variety of customers.
* Ability to read and understand maps.
